Pre-Paid Non-Refundable Rate: Full prepayment is required for the Pre-Paid Non-refundable rate. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the full amount. No refunds for cancellation or changes with this rate.
Blue Harbor House Inn is not responsible for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness or injury, or family emergencies. We recommend purchasing trip or travel insurance (e.g., Insuremytrip.com, or other) to cover these possibilities if they are a concern.
For all other rates: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required for all reservations for one or two nights. For reservations beyond two nights, a 50% deposit is required. If a reservation is made within fourteen (14) days of your stay, full payment is required at the time your reservation is made.
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your arrival. We are happy to change your dates for no fee. If you cancel , we will refund your deposit with a 14-day notice minus a $25 cancellation fee, per room reserved. Cancellations within fourteen days (14) of your stay are non-refundable.

Check In is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later than 6:00 p.m. just give us a call and let us know. We are happy to make arrangements to get you into your room.
Check Out time is 11:00 a.m. Most days in summer, we have guests expecting to check in by 3:00 pm, which makes is hard for us to allow for late check-outs. However, we are happy to let you keep your car in our parking lot later than 11:00 am.
If you would like to check in early please let us know ahead of time. We cannot guarantee that we will be available for an early check-in, but will try to accommodate you if your room is available. If you arrive early, and we are out running errands, or unavailable, we will have a sign on the door letting you know you can park in our lot and enjoy a stroll to our village downtown or harbor.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, we are a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping in our guest rooms, on porches, or within the Inn is strictly prohibited. You will be charged a $250.00 fee for violating this policy.
Smoking elsewhere on the property is not allowed.
