PRE-PAID NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
Full prepayment is charged to your credit card immediately upon booking. This rate is non-refundable — no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, date changes, or early departures, for any reason. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you select this rate.
Blue Harbor House Inn is not responsible for cancellations due to inclement weather, travel disruptions, illness, injury, or personal emergencies. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

ALL OTHER RATES
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required for reservations of one or two nights. For stays of three or more nights, a 50% deposit is required at booking. Your deposit guarantees payment for your entire reservation. If you book within 14 days of your arrival date, full payment is required at booking. Your remaining balance will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.
To cancel or reschedule with no penalty, contact us at least 14 days before your arrival — your deposit will be fully refunded. Date changes are also free with 14 or more days' notice. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. If you arrive early, you are welcome to park in our lot and explore downtown Camden or the harbor.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. You are welcome to leave your car in our lot after check-out, permitting space is available.
Blue Harbor House Inn is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises, including guest rooms, porches, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
For the safety of all guests, candles, incense, and open flames of any kind are also prohibited throughout the property.
A $250 fee will be charged for violations of this policy.
Only alcoholic beverages purchased through Blue Harbor House Inn may be consumed on the property, including guest rooms, common areas, porches, and outdoor spaces. Outside alcohol may not be brought onto the premises. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Blue Harbor House Inn reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated.
