Dining at Blue Harbor House Inn

From our gourmet morning breakfast to fresh-baked afternoon treats — you won't go hungry.

Our Breakfasts

Every stay at Blue Harbor House Inn includes a complimentary two-course gourmet breakfast, served each morning in our dining room in Camden, Maine.

Start your day with our locally roasted Blue Harbor House Inn blend from Coffee on the Porch, or choose from an assortment of teas, served with juice. Specialty coffees are also available for purchase.

First course options rotate daily and often feature seasonal fruit, house-made parfaits, overnight oats with fresh blueberry sauce, poached pear with cinnamon cannoli cream, fresh scones, sourdough crumpets with butter and jam, and other seasonal creations — all made from scratch.

Second course entrées are hearty and savory. Think egg roulade with smashed potatoes, Greek crustless quiche, eggs benedict, frittatas, and other house specialties that change with the season.

Everything is made in-house from scratch. We source local and organically grown produce whenever possible and bring in fresh herbs from our own herb gardens when in season.

Mimosas, specialty coffees, and breakfast cocktails are available for purchase each morning.

Dietary needs: With advance notice, we're happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions, including gluten-free and vegan. Just let us know when you book.

Dishes our guests rave about:

  • Poached pear with cinnamon cannoli cream — the surprise crowdpleaser. Guests never see it coming.
  • Egg roulade with smashed potatoes — guests call it amazing. We just call it Tuesday.
  • Overnight oats with fresh blueberry sauce — bright, light, and made fresh every morning.
  • Greek crustless quiche — scrumptious, satisfying, and endlessly requested.
  • Sourdough crumpets and rolls — what we're known for. Baked in-house, gone fast.

Our Afternoon Treats

Every afternoon by 3 pm, complimentary fresh-baked goodies appear in the dining room — cookies, scones, muffins, pastries, fresh bread, whatever came out of the oven that day. Each guest gets their own individual bag, so you can linger in the dining room, settle in on the porch, or save it for later.

Hot tea and cold beverages are always available in the dining room.

Looking for something to pair with your treat? Beer, wine, and happy hour cocktails are available for purchase.
