The Delicious Blue Harbor House Breakfast

The morning highlight of your bed and breakfast vacation stay is the generous two-course breakfast. In fact, our guests love our breakfasts so much that we share our recipes so they can take a taste of Camden home with them.

Each morning, enjoy breakfast at private tables with an abundance of sunshine on our cheerful sun-porch dining room from 8:00-9:00 a.m.

Start your day with our freshly brewed local coffee or tea and an assortment juices. Our daily first course often features fruit, yogurt and/or Annette’s Homemade Granola. You may find poached pears with vanilla cream and mixes berries, house-smoked salmon with Irish soda bread, Caribbean bananas… or any number of other creations.

The second-course main entrees are house specialties such as: Savory Eggs Florentine, Crepes Champignon, Quiche Lorraine, omelet with homemade Irish soda bread, our special savory French toast ‘Croque Madame’, classic waffles topped with seasonal fruit & freshly whipped cream, Maine Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, and more….

We use select produce, local and organically grown (we love to support our local Camden Farmer’s Market and our local Co-op), and we add and fresh herbs from our own herb gardens.
